They didn't fix the wires going from the alternator to the fuse box and left the newly purchased wires on the passenger seat. They assured me they would install them, but nope. This was the main reason I brought the car in in the first place. Then, they altered the wiring of my fuse box under the steering wheel and made the grill lights always remain on. After inspecting, it doesn't seem like they did anything meaningful. Im worried that once my new alternator arrives the battery light will still remain on after installation. I would like ALL my money back if I could get it.

Bill Fisher is always awesome to work with. Very friendly, professional and takes good care of his of his customers. The mechanic (I don't remember his name) was very thorough and showed that he did a complete inspection of my Highlander.

Staff were great, but my appointment was scheduled originally as an oil change when I primarily needed to address my check engine light, so they had to correct that. Then it took 7 hours and $250 basically just for an oil change and tire rotation. Waste of money, I can get an oil change anywhere for much less than that. Again,not the staffs fault, just dont understand how an estimate of $2300 was calculated for nothing related to why I brought it in and how my bill was so high for the amount of money and time it took.
