Always a good experience at Pedersen
I called and told both the service receptionist and bob. That I needed 30000 mile service on my tundra. Front and rear differential and transmission. And a a oil change.that was included in the purchase. And there was all recalls that needed to be addressed.i received a call that my truck was ready.came to pick up my truck. The oil change and tire rotation was not done and recalls were never addressed.and asked Bob. And he said no ever said anything. But myself and my wife both asked for the same thing. I was tired and do not have alot if time. So I just left. I have bought 5 toyotas from Chance fritzler. And was always treated well. I and my wife are very disappointed. I was told to come back. I do not have alot of time. I wanted to get everything done at once.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my service visit today for a tire replacement covered under my tire and wheel warranty. I purchased my vehicle approximately two and a half months ago and added the tire and wheel coverage at that time.
I called this morning and spoke with Misty, who was very helpful and scheduled me for a 3:00 p.m. appointment. I arrived at 2:50 p.m. and waited about 10 minutes to be checked in, as my assigned service advisor was assisting another customer. Although other advisors appeared available, I was required to wait beside my vehicle until mine was free. I was officially checked in at 3:05 p.m.
My assigned advisor, Bob Troutman, greeted me briefly but was not very communicative during the process. I mentioned that I had purchased the tire and wheel coverage when I bought the car, but there was little response or explanation regarding next steps. I was asked to sign paperwork without much clarification as to what I was signing. I was told that he would need to call the warranty company and that it could take approximately 30 minutes.
After waiting nearly an hour without any update, I became concerned. I later learned that the warranty company had not yet been contacted. At that point, Chris, the service manager, became involved. He was professional, kind, and efficient. Once he personally contacted the warranty company, the tire was approved and replaced quickly. From approval to completion, the process moved promptly.
The repair itself was straightforward: the spare was already installed, and the damaged tire simply needed to be replaced and mounted. My concern is primarily with the lack of communication and the delay in initiating the warranty approval process. Waiting approximately 70 minutes before the warranty company was even contacted was frustrating, especially without updates.
I would suggest reviewing the check-in process to allow available advisors to assist waiting customers when possible, as well as implementing clearer communication and status updates during service visits. Even a brief update would have made a significant difference in the overall experience.

Fast and efficient service!
I did not appreciate the service advisor lecturing me over the phone about the steps that should be taken for fleet billing. At Mountain States Toyota in Denver, the advisor gave me no grief when I picked up a different vehicle today and stated that billing goes through fleet rather than credit card.
Trevor was fine I describing service and communicating. I was very disappointed with how long servicing took. I brought vehicle in at 10 AM and was told and expected servicing to be completed by 3PM, nor 4:15 PM when vehicle was returned to me. As a loyal customer I travel an hour from Broomfield to have my car serviced at Pedersen.
Bob really keeps me on the road to success, never breaking down out there in the wild and crazy world.
The issues that I came in for started again about 10 minutes after I picked up the vehicle. Not resolved.
