Did not receive a vehicle summary of the 20K checkup that shows fluid levels, filter status, etc. Only a receipt. Was told that it would be texted to me, but I’ve seen nothing yet. Disappointing service—will probably go to interstate for my next service.

Good service a little longer than most places for oil change and tire rotation....could shorten that id return.....over 90 minutes is the norm here other places do basic checks that are needed but get me out in half the time....don't really need dome light checked....lol.
Thank you for actually having competent mechanics who fix issues. The other northern Colorado dealership is easier to get in to for oil changes and such but they can’t diagnose or fix **** unless the computer tells them what to do. Here, you guys actually get **** done. Thank you.
You guys marked both my air filters as needing to be URGENTLY replaced. Tried to charge me an extra 20 bucks and then made me wait 2 hours. I had such a horrible day going into this and I was hoping I would get good service but I guess I was wrong. I’m never coming back. Screw you guys.

He did not make clear exactly what needed to be repaired and how much each repair would cost. I felt rushed and disregarded. The cost for sparkplugs, $750.00 is outrageous. I don't think even a whole case of sparkplugs cost that much!! Really, come on. Sorry I won't be visiting you anytime soon. Sorry. My experience was not good. And I had such high hopes in trusting you would give me a better diagnosis being that this vehicle was originally bought there brand new.
I'm happy that they started charging 3% for credit cards that should be made known when you make your appointment.
Chris did an excellent job working through a challenging situation with my Highlander. He was fair, thoughtful and attentive. Really well done!

Tanner was great as always. Unfortunately the technician who completed the service work did not tighten the drain plug resulting in a lot of oil loss before I realized that it wasn’t hand tight.

Great kid with a positive attitude. Can't say that about all of the staff, some are jaded and cranky. Not this one though, he is a hard worker and has a great approach.
Transmission flush feels good on truck tech did a good job.
