I was told my appointment was at 7:30 am. I needed to be home by 7:45 so I dropped off the car using the drop box. My car was checked in at 8:30, and **** sent a text. No time was given for completion. I called at 11:30 to see if the recall work was completed. The person answering calls said she would give **** the message. I did not receive a response for 2 hours. I thought i had a 7:30 appointment. I was told (again by the person answering phones) that it was a long repair process. I was stuck at home all day without a car, my granddaughter missed a play date, and I finally borrowed my neighbors car to get a prescription at the store about 2:45pm. When **** finally contacted me at 1:40ish the car was finished at 2:50. Again, this was a recall fix that I scheduled over 2 months ago.

Communication was poor - service dept had the vehicle all day and I had to call more than once late in the day to get an update . Did not get a call back after leaving 2 messages with Grace - I finally just showed up at the dealership at closing because I needed my car . I spent $900+ and expected better service and communication .

Grate customer service.i have run 2 two company's one I owned and owned owned by air gas. All were money makers and success was 80 percent on customer service.

My vehicle sat for 2 days with out service because service agent was sick. Service manager Chris was contacted by email. I still have not received a call. Service isn't what it use to be at Pedersen even though software is in place. Policy needs changed and customers need to covered and communication is needed on a daily basis.
