Communication was not the best I was given an estimate, but no one bothered to explain it to me.
Justin was great! He was super friendly, committed to customer service, and his team was able to finish my truck faster than the quoted timeframe. Larry was also a tremendous help, he recommended a park that I could spend several hours at. I enjoyed an amazing March day outside while waiting for my truck. The service itself was good. Trying to get it scheduled was very inconvenient. The phone always went to voicemail and while I left a detailed message my calls were not returned. Ultimately, I drove there to schedule.
Better follow up. When a rep leaves a voice mail that he will call when more is known about what is wrong, it shows unprofessionalism when instead of the call being returned, an estimate is texted. And that the estimate was more than twice what was originally quoted is disconcerting to say the least

The tailgate is still sticking. I tried to discribe what was going on, I even showed the nice older gentleman who showed me to my advisor what was happening. When I explained it to the advisor he basically told me what other people have been experiencing with their tailgate and dismissed what I had said. My problem is when you push the button to lower the tailgate it will act like it is going to open but then it doesn't. So I put the button and kind of push the tailgate and it will open. They shaved my bumpers on the bed for zero reason at all. Its the latch that is the issue not a rubber bumper.
I found Bill to be very professional and informative, I'm very satisfied.
Service was excellent today. Bill explained the maintenance that my Toyota needed. I selected some and will plan on the other maintenance needed. I appreciate knowing when maintenance is due and the costs.
On a side note, thanks for updating the chairs in the service waiting area for clients. It’s a good start. Pedersen Toyota is a first class dealership.
