For the first time in 30 years of owning Toyota vehicles, I felt like I was being scammed. Two examples: quoting me almost $200 for one brake light, and another almost $200 for a rear wiper. I felt like because I am a woman, Toyota thought I'd just go along like I'm completely clueless. Ultimately, you charged me the "correct" price, but I wonder had I not said something if you would have just been satisfied to dupe me. It makes me question whether I need to bring my van in somewhere else next time.

Ken’s customer service was outstanding. While I wasn’t super pleased with the time it took to complete the repairs, I was very satisfied with how Ken took care of getting my Tacoma serviced and keeping me updated.

If you are going to charge a 3% surcharge to pay with a credit card you should make that clear when we drop the car off so we can plan to pay with cash or check. Otherwise, everything was good.

Bill did a great job, very professional and helpful. That’s reassuring, because bringing the car in and finding the right place to park it, and then knowing what will happen and when you will hear back just makes the experience comfortable.
