For the first time in 30 years of owning Toyota vehicles, I felt like I was being scammed. Two examples: quoting me almost $200 for one brake light, and another almost $200 for a rear wiper. I felt like because I am a woman, Toyota thought I'd just go along like I'm completely clueless. Ultimately, you charged me the "correct" price, but I wonder had I not said something if you would have just been satisfied to dupe me. It makes me question whether I need to bring my van in somewhere else next time.

Service waa good but I waited over 2 hours for an oil change. I wonder if you over book appointments.
If you are going to charge a 3% surcharge to pay with a credit card you should make that clear when we drop the car off so we can plan to pay with cash or check. Otherwise, everything was good.

That’s reassuring, because bringing the car in and finding the right place to park it, and then knowing what will happen and when you will hear back just makes the experience comfortable.
