The pickup was not great. It was snowing and I had to walk in the snow to get my car. It seemed they could have pulled my car right up to the awning I was standing under but maybe there’s a rule against that. The number was left on my dash like trash. The seat setting was crazy- way back not at the way I left it. Just seemed like a kind of junky vehicle return. Overall these comments are minor. I appreciate the work you do.

Bill was great. However I left very frustrated. It was not Bill’s fault that others had called in sick which made a standard check take 2.5 hours. Also, explain to me why I have a “service” agreement, but I had to pay for a cabin filter and $20+ of a “service “fee to install it. Today. I would not recommend Toyota. Again, none of this was Bill’s fault.
