Gosh, it seems liked I provide feedback every time and nothing changes. I remember when I first bought my car with at Peterson 8 years ago and the salesperson swore the service center is going to be updated and the guest experience waiting room will be improved like the Honda service waiting room which I was accustomed to. Nope. The customer waiting room is horrible. Then let's start with my appointment time at 12p. I waited for someone to greet me in the service bay for about 15 minutes. I then waited for my car for a simple service (oil change, and tire rotation) for more than 2 hours. I was waiting in the outdated waiting room for two hours when I when I finally received a text about a multipoint inspection for my review. This inspection provided erroneous service suggestions delaying my simple oil change. After waiting and wondering what is taking so long, I went to my service advisor and he said, "oh your car's ready". I will not be returning to Peterson for any service in the future

Had to wait 30 minutes to get my car after I paid because guy forgot about me. I finally went to counter asked for my key and I will just Walk to my car and get it that is when I found out he forgot about me.

The service was fine. However, when I got into my car, the seat had been moved all the way up and the panel that covers the dials was broken off. We talked to **** about this and he blamed us saying that we had broken it off. He suggested we come back on Monday and talk to a service manager about it and see if the manager would pay for the damages. It was ridiculous that we were accused of braking the panel off when clearly it wasn’t like that when we brought the car in.

Justin always has my best interest at heart and catches things that I simply don't have the time or skill :') to assess and fix. Specifically, on this visit, he realized I also needed an oil change and got that done on top of everything else he was getting done for me. I'm sure it was an all day process! I've always felt taken care of like friends here <3

Justin was a poor listener. For instance, we had to repeat and emphasize more than once what services we requested, including rotating the tires. But the tire rotation wasn’t done. Ugh!

Service still takes way too long and they tried to upsell me on new tires and an alignment. My tires are only 66% through their lifespan (maybe 5 down with 3/32" left to go before new tires are required. I am rapidly growing trust issues with Toyota. I bring my car to Toyota purely because I trust the brand. I do not trust Pedersen the way I should.

I pulled up to an empty bay early in the morning and stood next to my car for a solid minute or two before one of the 4 dudes in the room looked up from their computer and acknowledged my existence. Actually I had to start the conversation and get their attention and the guy seemed put off by my impertinence.. That isn't how customer service works. You should always prioritize in person customers over phone calls, computers etc. (none of them were on the phone) all they needed to do was say "I'll be right with you"
