The work still needs to be finished, but so far, i am happy with the service process and responses.

Personable and thorough with checking in and notifying of service
On my way home I got check engine and secondary collision braking system errors. Of course you were closed then. Also my car stallled out at a red light. None of this was happening when I drove in your bay at 4pm. I’m very upset and hope I can get it back to you to fix this. I’m researching if it’s even safe to drive.
Communication was terrible
When I called the manager Chris before my appointment to get a rental while my car is being worked on 5 times I might add and left messages for every single call he did not return any of my calls. They “found” a rental for me last minute.

Thanks for the good service. Trevor provided excellent communication during the appointment. I appreciated Pedersen footing the bill for an Uber to get me to and from work.
I had a 930 appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. Honestly I expected my vehicle to be ready by noon. I messaged my rep at 1215, didn't hear back. Messaged again at 2pm finally heard back that my vehicle wouldn't be ready until around 4. Really why did I make an am appointment? How long does this particular service take? My wife's mechanic can do it in a out an hour.
Hoping the new POS/Service software creates efficiency that reduces my 9:00 oil change and TPMS reset appointment from 3 HOURS to a more reasonable and manageable time expense.
I do understand the multipoint examination and need to suggest recommendations for service, but 3hrs is ridiculous !

Justin did a good job but I received messages from 2 numbers and it seems to be due to a change in computer systems which made communication difficult.
Worst Toyota dealership I’ve visited.
