Bob was able to complete my service by close of business Friday, despite a couple of issues (no key for bolts on skidplate/catalytic converter cover -don't recall getting one; missed item requested) so that I did not have to schedule another trip from Laramie. Thanks to all your stafffor making it work out. out
It took 3hrs to rotate tires and do a 5000 mile check. Arrived at an appointment time.
Great and timely service.
Taking almost 4 hours for an oil change is insanity…especially with an appointment. I was stuck in the lobby and missed an important meeting with work and my workout class. Not happy.
4 hours for an oil change…
Robert Troutman 10,000000 stars was amazing was extremely helpful knowledgeable best experience got me a ride home for my sleep schedule for work texted and called if something came up was fantastic!

Having a 9am appointment and told it was going to be an hour and a half for service was somewhat disappointing but ok. After all was done it was 2 hours +. In my opinion a one hour and 30 minute service is too long for an oil change and tire rotation.
11:15 AM Appointment, for 15000 mile service (check fluid levels, rotate tires and inspection) got out of the place around 2:30 PM, that is horrible for a minor service.
Everything was great, except communication, it would be nice if there was somebody to answer phones. I am pleased with the work and **** was great, you just need to hire more employees to be able to communicate with customers better.
Service went well. On time completed when it was scheduled. They did what I asked. Thanks
Yes I was completely satisfied with Justin
Please give me a call if you actually want to know. I had a bad experience with Pederson the last time I was in. The gal in the payment office (now reorganized out) told me a manager would call. They never connected with me. So this time I thought I’d give Pedersen’s another chance. Maybe something was just off kilter last time. But this time was the same. **** claims he did not get the voice messages I left for him, and he preferred texting. I really don’t think he understands why I even brought the car in. He never said anything that made me feel like he was even curious about the symptoms. He just kept repeating that I needed a new battery (and when did a 12v Prius battery get to be $270.00 ?? I’ve bought 2 in the past and thought $150 was highway robbery then!). He sent me a text with a video from the oil change guys which mentioned that they saw the battery was a little low, but ok, then told me that Tech didn’t really know what he was talking about. I also receive a text with about $3300 of work I needed including the new battery. I still don’t know what that was all about. I have been told by others that replacing the battery does not solve the problem I have of ithe car discharging 100% very suddenly when the car and interior lights are off. I will find another repair shop in town who will listen to me. Two experiences in a row where texting failed to create good communication has soured me to your high volume/ no personal service environment. I do Not trust Pedersen’s any more after almost 20 years of doing business over there. Makes me sad.
I always enjoy working with Bob, he's great, and will continue using Pedersen as long as he's there.
Alex did a great job! I was so pleased with the service.
Thank you for great service. Justin was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional.
My truck was in for the cab rear light recall. I was greeted and taken care of by Justin and the truck was ready to go very quickly. No hassle, easy process from start to finish!
Tanner was extremely helpful, informative, and made everything very easy
They didn’t have the right part and Bob gave me a lot of difficulty getting my car back
