The service I received was under warranty, and as far as I can tell it was a successful service. The issue was that the service was expected to take 4 days, and ended up taking 13. I had to call every day repeatedly to even get an answer, and mostly that answer was that my call would be returned soon which it never was. I am happy to be patient with the time it takes for engineering work, but the lack of communication caused so much stress and logistical issues since I use my truck for work and had a trip planned using it that I almost had to miss because of the service.

It took 45 min just to get checked in. I understand a new computer system and it was ridiculous. He struggled to look up my previous suggested services and starting throwing on random unneeded services. Thankfully we were able to correct it and it shouldn’t take that long just to receive my car.

After my oil change, I noticed oil was under my 4Runner, under the oil filter. The oil filter is saturated with oil and it was present under the vehicle and on the lower grill. Enough to have this checked by the service team and to cause concern. I also noticed the front differential is leaking and though this was inspected by the team and reported as no leaks on the report, there is a leak present (very noticeable). I will be calling on Monday to schedule a service appointment to address these issues/concerns. Tanner and the team were great to talk to and made my experience pleasurable, aside from noticing these leaks and oil after my visit. Hoping to get this resolved on Monday.
