The problem regarding our car was known but I was told there would be an $89 diagnostic fee. Experiences like this were why we stopped bringing our previous Toyota to Pedersen's and not had this Toyota there before.
I was repeatedly given inaccurate information on how long this visit would take. My original estimate for time was 11:30 am and I didn’t end up getting my truck back until after 4 pm

Great service. We’re visiting Fort Collins from SC and needed an oil change and tire rotation. Got me in the next morning and was in and out in an hour and a half with videos of the condition of the car. Would highly recommend!
The car makes a squeak noise, it was reported today but nothing was said or done

It seems that it takes soo much time to get this service completed. I understand that you are rotating tires and doing the checkpoint with changing the oil. But we were sitting outside and saw our car parked. The guy who parked it said that someone would come and get us. We waited at least 15 minutes then I went into see what was up. The guy who checked us in said that the guy that was supposed to help us went to lunch. That is not right.
This process needs to be fixed so when you have an appointment you don’t have to wait 2hours and folks just don’t leave to go to lunch.
Service writer that is south of Tanner (great guy) helped me out and did apologize for us having to wait. This process was not his fault.
Trevor was really great. He provided regular updates and was very helpful from start to finish.
My appointment was at 10:30. I pulled up in the right lane behind a pick-up which didn’t move for about 12 minutes. I finally backed up and pulled into the left lane. After several minutes I finally was approached by a service rep. I was on a very tight schedule and needed to be completely done by noon. I was, but I didn’t appreciate the back-up in both lanes. It was frustrating because I was right on time.
Took 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Appreciated getting comped for service but a waste of my time…
