I dropped my vehicle off for a scheduled appointment at 845am. I hadn’t heard from Trevor by 430pm. I had to call multiple times before Trevor told me they couldn’t hear the noise from the car. The noise is continual and was never intermittent. I suggested that I would drive with the technician to identify the noise. He said I can either pick up my vehicle or let it stay until the following day to give them more time. I allowed more time But did not hear from him by 11 AM the following day. I called and left another message and didn’t hear back by 1:30 PM at that point I just wanted my vehicle. I picked up my vehicle and didn’t get any explanation or apologies from the person who released the car to me. I’m very dissatisfied and will not be returning to this location. I will tell all my friends and family to not use Pedersen Toyota for service ever.

It was confusing. On a previous maintenance visit i was told about a shock that was broken. I chose not to replace it at that time. I told my service rep about it when I dropped off my car. Then when I got the report it didn't have that issue. I mentioned it and they had to redo the inspection and then found it. You had to order parts but when I received the link for the bill I was over charged. Then when I came to pick up my car Trevor told me they fixed the shock. Which wasn't true because you had to order parts. Then I was told a different total then what was paid was now due. I said I had already paid a higher amount. Then I needed to be refunded over$500. What kind of service is this? I'm concerned about having my car service at your dealership now.
I was surprised at the decreased wait time to get a service appt for my car! Much shorter than last time!
My 1.2 hour appointment for 5000 mile check up was a 2.5 hour appointment… I didn’t have tire rotation as I requested.. after checking with service… my car was not even in a bay for service until 2 hours after I checked it in.
Had appointment at 845am, did not get any updates, called at 1pm and was told rep was at lunch and would call back but never called. Showed up at 4pm to check on car and was not doe. Was told would take 1.5 hrs to complete work needed, so was not able to complete. Terrible communication.

Everything works great. My only minor complaint is that the trim pieces that run alongside the rear window have new scratches and gouges that weren't there before
