I brought the car in for a key replacement. When I left that hadn’t been done. I was told when to bring it back and I did, after waiting a considerable time I was told you didn’t have the replacement key so I would have to bring it back again. I tried to make an appointment after I was texted that the new key was on premises. When I got mad about that I was told I could bring it in the next day. It was finally fixed at that time.
