We recently purchased a Sequoia from you and brought it in for its 10,000 mile service warranty. Upon pickup my wife had to wait an unusually long time at Bob’s desk for the no cost paperwork which I find unacceptable.

You quit your personal serve…. Shame on you. We are just to pay but no interaction with the customer. I had to wait because my service would not let me open your TEXT MESSAGE. The waiting room was full of people and I wonder how many more did NOT HEAR FROM A PERSON??? I finally notice my car in the parking lot and had to find someone to help me. When I knocked on a glass door the only one who acknowledged me except the woman inside the room … the two men never responded in anyway. I was there over two hours before I finally did something for myself. I have been a customer of Pedersen Toyota for 12 years. Being a widow I come there because IN THE PAST TOYOTA seemed to care. Now we are just MONEY to you. Very sad way to do business!!! Sharen D
