I wish to have received a text that my vehicle was in line and approximate time it could be inspected. Texted **** but had no response so I had to call the shop. I had switched from **** to Justin before due to better costumer service, but this was an emergency so I had to work with ****.
I had an appointment at 2 o’clock today. I was there at 1:45 at 2:45. My car still hadn’t been touched so I asked for my vehicle to be returned because I needed to get back to work. I had to take 1.5 away from work and didn’t get my oil changed. Frustrated.
Ken made the appointment a pleasant experience. Explained what would be done and in what time frame. He ask if I had any issues or concerns.

Two of the repair items were not repaired. The rear hatch does not open and the handling issue still occurs.
My 2006 Prius is running great now. Really glad we decided to do the recommended extra services.
This was our first experience with Pedersen Toyota and to say we were pleasantly surprised doesn’t even fully describe how happy we with our experience. Everyone was so helpful and friendly.
I didn’t receive additional communication about my car so I had to uber to the service center myself. I contacted the service center for help before they closed with no response. After finding an uber myself, I arrived at the dealership right as the service center closed, so the dealership employees had to look for my keys/car. My concern with the TPMS was also not addressed.
Over two hour wait time feels excessive. $45 more than Les Schwab for the same services. Bill was top notch but overall feels tough to feel great about.
Bill is great service coordinator…hire more people like him!
Although I was told it would take approximately 45 minutes it actually took 2 hours. But I’m just happy it got done.
I felt everyone treated me with courtesy and respect.
The tire was replaced sooner than was expected
I also was pleased to have help with transportation from and to Peterson's from myhome
