I had a toolbox ratchet strapped to the cargo area tie downs. This was unstrapped during the service and left that way. The toolbox was on its side when I discovered the issue. The spare tire lifting mechanism piece that contacts the rim face was off center causing damage to the rim. I had to drop it and adjust.

Ken was great couldn't have been nicer. My appointment was at 8 am 3 1/12 hours later I was still asking about the completion of my car. I was told I would have a 2 1/2 wait. I would have arranged for a ride home. I understand days when you get behind but the service representatives were checking customers in as the cars pulled up not looking or asking who was next. I didn't get checked in until 8rd ish.

**** was respectful but I believe my work order was push back for some reason. I had to text or call to request an update. The estimated time to complete the work was 7 days to 10 days. However, It took a month long. My adjuster would ask me for an update when he didn’t have any new information. I was forced to be more involved with the claim. It is the second time not having the best experience with Pedersen Toyota. My first time being disappointed was when I was quoted $850 per month for a lease 2024 rav4 by the sales manager. I felt as someone was taking advantage of me. I support local businesses and I love the Toyota brand but the Pedersen’s location should care more about their customer experience for all genders.
