I dropped my car off at 8:15 AM when I had a scheduled appointment. I didn’t receive a call until 4 PM that there was a delay and they were just starting on the car and would need to keep it overnight and half of the next day. I understand delays happen, but would have appreciated a call much much earlier so that I could adjust my plans. It was an inconvenience, not having my vehicle as I had several commitments the next day for which I needed a vehicle. Bob initially offered to loan a car, but then Never mentioned it again.
To start, I need to make a distinction between **** and the service provided. While I think **** expressed information about the service to the best of his knowledge and did his best to make up for the fact that it took almost 7 hours to get new tires, there is no reason for new tires to take 7 hours. I was also hoping to get new brakes but a commitment at 4pm made it so that your team didn’t have time to replace my brakes, so now I need to set up another Saturday without my car getting something done when it just spent 7 hours in the shop. Again I believe **** operated with integrity during the process but I am not sure I’ll be back for service.

It shouldn’t have taken 2 1/2 hours for this maintenance. I also had to find out myself that it was finished as I wasn’t told directly. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that this has happened. I’ve bought Toyotas for 25 years but I dread having it serviced. I have very low expectations with the service and they are usually met.
Has toppper, four racks, side board , 60K. Would like a 2025 Tacoma w Turbo

Initial instructions for having things checked on our truck were not remembered and not recorded correctly. For example, redirecting and aligning headlights was done in the opposite direction from what I had requested. ROBERT seemed confused and what was supposed to be a couple hour job with an oil change turned into an all day endeavor, and we had to pick up the truck the next day. Was very disappointed because this is typically not been our service experience
Communication and customer service were 10/10. I will definitely be doing business with Pedersen Toyota again in the future.
I dropped off my 4-Runner at 9:30 am. I called about by car at 4pm because I never received the inspection report. Nothing was done to my car all day! Poor service
