Initially I was very satisfied with my experience. Bill Fisher was very helpful and knowledgeable about what my car needed and didn't need for my 150,000 mi service. I dropped it off at 10:20. I told him I had to have my car finished by 2:30 at the latest because I was picking up my granddaughter from school. He assured me that would not be a problem.
I drove out at 3:15 . I was panicked snd furious. I had to call the school, and her parents to get her until I arrived. After I got her home in Greeley that evening, I realized my hood was open. Thank goodness nothing happened. If you can't finish when needed, then reschedule with client. I was very disappointed.

3 hours while i waited. The entire waiting room was there complaining about length of time for sinple services like oil chabges or in my case a 5k service. Ken was great, not his fault, but 3 hours is crazy unacceptable
I have used Toyota service many times and typically wait for car to be finished. For routine maintenance appts, it is usually 1 hr maybe a bit more. Today, after 2 hours, I went and asked when it would be done. The advisor had to search for my car and then said it would be another 30 minutes. I told him I had to leave for an appt but my husband would be waiting instead of me. After my appt I find that he texted me, which of course I didn’t see until after my appt, and then half an hour after text he called me which again I didn’t see until after my appt. My husband said that finally, they just drove the car around and told him it was there. The advisor never came out looking for me or my husband, never discussed the suggested additional services. This was definitely not my usual and expected service.
I thought the service would be more timely for an oil change appointment.
I was there for almost two hours.
Oil change and tire rotation should not take 2 and a half hours.
Bob was very professional & did not push anything unnecessary. He did explain any potential upcoming services which could affect my vehicles performance if not performance in a timely manner.
Alex was very professional and the car was done within the estimated timeframe given

I assume the tire rotation is included in the 10,000 mile service.

We have had many Toyotas from your dealership, but Justin has been, by far, the BEST service manager we have ever had! The others were good, but Justin goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. He clearly explains everything, always has a smile, tells you how long to expect to wait, and cost estimate! Very thorough. Today I know his back was hurting and he was still thorough, congenial and smiling!!!! Amazing!!!!???? He is a star for your company!!!
