I was very disappointed with the lack of communication from the service advisor regarding my vehicle status during service. I went in at 9am with anticipating it will take 2-2.5 hours per advisor. So, I opted to wait inthe sevice waiting area. At 1:00pm, I searched for service advisor, nowhere to find and was informed by the different service advisor that my car has not been started due to delays and will take another hour or more. If I have known that it will take all day, I would have just dropped the car first thing in the morning. This was not very pleasant experience. Thank you

Alex was really good to communicate with but with the new service system in place it took the vehicle much longer to be serviced than my originally quoted time. As I was waiting at the dealership I was anticipating and okay with an hour to hour and a half wait but I did not receive an update until nearly 2 hours in that the vehicle got lost in the que and had finally just begun its service. I ended up being there for 2.5 hours waiting for the oil change. Again, Alex was as apologetic and was helpful but the process itself was a bit frustrating with very little communication until late in the process.
Scheduling was easy and convenient online. Service was completed within the time quoted while I waited.

Great job as usual, great service. Please be careful with dirty hands smudges, dusty hand prints needed to be wiped off when I got home. I always wipe down my vehicle anyway after a service so no big deal.

Need a definitive answer as to whether the transmission oil should be changed on my 2010 Tundra. The transmission is working properly and has 180k miles. The transmission is the sealed version and there are mixed opinions as to whether the oil should be changed.
When I dropped off my car I asked if they do a full inspection and I was told yes. When I came to pick up my car. I asked about the multi point inspection report and it was not done. So I had to wait for him to get someone to do it. It took about 5-10 minutes and the inspection was not done thoroughly. My air filter was marked as a yellow. When I returned home I checked it and It looks brand new. I honestly don’t think really did the inspection.
I dropped the car off for recall service, left that day, and a check engine light came on. They were able to get me back in the next day, but took three days to diagnose and fix the issue that was caused by the original service. Nothing was offered to make up for my time. Communication was lacking through the process.
Made appointment for specific time and had to wait two hours before my truck was serviced. I specifically spoke with a live person over the phone and they guaranteed that my truck would be in at appointed time. Not good!!
