Yes, Mr Bob Troutman did an excellent job. A complete gentleman, very knowledgeable in all aspects of his field. A true professional. Also the tech, Mr. McGuire Johnson was outstanding, did a great job, kept my vehicle very clean when he was done working on my truck. All the service was done perfectly. My first time working with Alex. He was great.
I asked the service provider multiple times to remove my husband‘s email and phone number information off of the account. gave him my phone number to requested him to call me as it is my car and my husband‘s name is not on my car. Not only did he not remove any of it He called my husband while at work and texted him several times about my vehicle while it was being serviced while I sat at home waiting.
In fact even this survey was TEXTED TO MY HUSBAND!!!
Other than that the service was satisfactory.

I brag up Peterson whenever I can because y’all have always been so upfront and honest and that’s what I expect and that’s what I should get. Thank you very much. I haven’t been able to drive the car any place to use the cruise control because Harmony’s clothes that I have to go through all the little side roads to try and get to my house so I want to use it and hope everything‘s complementary to both of us

You’re doing better, but I do think if you have an oil change appointment you probably should be there an hour not two hours, but everybody has always very personable great dealership.

Just a new key fob. Sat for an hour and a half only to be told the wrong key had been ordered. Now I’ll have to reschedule the appointment for who knows how many weeks out and sit for another hour and a half. Couldn’t have been much worse.
