I was very happy with Justin's extra effort. He vacuumed under the seat for me because he had to remove it. It's very hard to get under there and I'm very ecstatic that it is cleaned

This is the worst communication about my service yet also I already complained about my precis service and no one contacted me or responded which tells me that you don't actually care about your customers feedback or experience. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
