A four hour wait just to get an oil change is ridiculous. I schedule early morning to get in and out. An oil change should be no more than an hour especially when I told them I was waiting.

Trevor has a good attitude, is knowledgeable, and a pleasant person with whom to work. I was in meetings the morning my car was being worked on. I’m accustomed to receiving a phone call regarding any additional repairs needed. I was surprised to receive a text that linked to a video. That was very nice. When I was able to check my phone, I was glad to see Trevor had also followed up with a phone call about 90 minutes later. It would be good to let customers know that they should expect a text from the mechanic. Fortunately, I didn’t take too long to respond and the one service item I added was completed, but I could have responded sooner had I known to watch for a text. That’s the only minor improvement I can suggest in my experience. Thank you.
Replacing a “shim kit” on our front brakes has created a louder/different noise when I start moving forward again. Now after I have stopped, as I move my foot from the brake to the accelerator to move forward there is a noise as if the brakes are stuck & then “pop loose” as the car begins to move forward.
I transferred my two year service plan which came with the purchase of my new 2024 RAV4 hybrid from Mountain States Toyota over to Pedersen Toyota and was concerned that there might be an issue with different dealers. William Fisher got it all entered into the Toyota system for me with a complete check on all systems and any items which might need my attention.
I’m still not getting more than 34.7 mpg instead of 41 as shown for city driving on the window sticker.
We made an appointment for 1:30 for our routine maintenance and to purchase and put on summer tires. I even left a lengthy voicemail Monday evening to make sure that everything was good to go with the tires. I didn’t get the car back until 4:38. We have always used Big O in the past and even without an appointment it never took anything near 3 hours. We are very disappointed in Pederson. We

Appt. date was put in wrong. When receiving initial confirmation, I called 4 or 5 times and texted as well. NEVER got a reply so I was forced to come on the wrong day. Your response is pathetic. I even called the sales desk and she promised she would personally walk back the message to call me back. No reply. ????
