I had to call multiple times to get information on the repair recommendations and pricing. Once I finally got through, I got an answer to my question quickly. It just would have been nice to have someone answer the phone the first time I called.

I was told the work would take 45 minutes. After 2hours I had to ask if it was done. I was told it had been completed 45 minutes ago but no one came to tell me. This was the second time this has happened at your dealership.
