If I was not up on work done my car in previous visits, I would have had unneeded work done on the car, costing much more money. It was like I was being g taken advantage of to get more money out of me. Bob said the system was changed, so he did not have a record of what was done in the past.

Service was good. I believe today was over booked. I waited almost 2 hours for a 5000 mile check. Lobby was very packed, I waited outside (rainy weather) on and off. Seemed staff was running hard, yet polite. No need to call me.

My service advisor this time and the last time were excellent. My issue was with making a service appointment. Because it was warranty work I was not able to book a service online or through the chat. I called at least three times and never got through to a service advisor. I left my number each time and never received a call back. Finally I drove down to the dealership and made my appointment with an advisor in person. I was able to get right in. It shouldn’t be so difficult

How does an Express oil change and basic vehicle inspection , end up taking 3 plus hours to complete ? My appointment was at 10.45am and I ended up receiving my vehicle back at 1.55pm. Pathetic service!
