He told me 2 hours, I came 4 hours later, then I had to wait another 90 min. Could have texted me? Anyway, car service was fine as always.
Bill was an excellent service advisor. However, as usual, there was no one there to great customers when they arrived and let th Er m know they were welcome. And the computer system Screwed up my appointment, by moving it a day.
Alex was fine. I was from Illinois and wanted a quick oil change. To avoid waiting I called in advance to get an appointment and was disappointed to learn that it would be 2 hours after my appointment before my vehicle would be finished.

Customer service was great, very friendly but the facility is sadly lacking. I come from Palatine , Illinois recently and their facility is state of the art. Quite a surprise to see yours
I had my car there at 720 am my car was not even started till 4 pm I told y’all this morning it’s riding rough I wanted it looked at …I was asked to leave my car overnight and I have to many things going on to do that….i was very disappointed that it could not be done … I’m debating on bringing it back up there or use someone else
Bill got the job done but I didn’t find him particularly personable. Nothing terrible, but I’m just sayin’.
I waited for two hours to hear that my vehicle was too messy to fix. I wasted my afternoon, when someone could have taken a look and told me five minutes after I had be waiting. Instead of two hours! What a waste of time! I will not be coming back
Alex was great to work with! He was patient and professional and answered all my questions. If given the option I would choose to work with him every time I have my car serviced

Your service team do a great job. Your online service scheduling, needs a lot of work. I ended up having to call to set up a service appointment.
I realized later that there were oil stains on my driver's seat fabric and on the inside of my door.
