Justin Adams is a big reason for always wanting to work with Pedersen’s. I know he will take care of my 4 Runner and is genuinely a nice man.
No need to contact me. My service rep corrected the problem. When I dropped the truck off for scheduled service, I requested that the full size spare be included in the tire rotation as I do every time I have it serviced. The spare was not included in the rotation. Tanner got the truck back in right away to correct the error, but it required an additional wait time, which was what I was trying to avoid by dropping the vehicle off in the first place. Tanner did apologize for the error and got it corrected.

When I ask if I needed an appointment because I had my oil changed not very long ago. They said on the phone no it’s time for it. So I made an appointment for an oil change. I knew I had a special program that I paid for. If they would have let me know that program expired the end of June.
I would have gone ahead and had them change the oil and the tire rotation would have been paid for as well. Just told my husband we don’t want to buy a vehicle from them again.
Justin has helped me the last few times i’ve needed anything with my car. He is kind and reliable and I know I am going to consistently get good service from this Toyota dealership. I took my car to Stapp Toyota and I will literally never take it there again. I will only bring my car to Petersen from now on because I know they will take care of me and my car. Thank you!
