Not just **** but everyone I’ve been in contact with over the issue I encountered with my 2016 Tundra. I was in dire straits after traveling from Kansas City Sunday after a failed oil change issue from Jiffy Lube in KC on Thursday. I’m totally aware how busy the Service dept gets at a dealership and so grateful I was not only not turned away but gave me priority to help me. If I his is how you treat strangers then your customers must be pretty loyal. Thank you again and blessings to all who work for Pedersen’s Toyota. I appreciated the speed by which Bill Fisher returned my call and got my car in for the needed brake replacements. When I brought the car in, he was courteous, efficient and informative. We left the vehicle for the repairs and he was prompt to contact me and let me know the rotors needed replaced. The work was completed within a couple of hours and I was contacted to pick it up. Mr. Fisher’s customer service was efficient and professional as well as courteous and respectful.
