2.25 hours for an oil chance is excessive. Also, I had to return due debris in the air cabin filter that was caught in the ventilation fan.

Happy with the service done on the car, however the people who worked on the car left their almost empty water bottle with no cap in the car and a bad smell as well. I understand that the shop does not smell great but this was not a shop smell it smelled as if something rotten was left in it, thankfully it went away after a little bit.
