Alex Saunders is my man. In a word, he is why I keep coming back to PedersenToyota to service my FJ cruiser. He always treats me like I’m the most important person who walked into your dealership, and greets me like I was the best man in his wedding. He is genuine - not fake. He remembers small details about me, which makes me feel important. I live in Cheyenne, WY, and I have had the opposite experience of the Toyota dealership here. Every time I’ve gone out there, there’s a new face. They don’t remember me, they don’t care if I’m there or not. Alex always takes time to listen to whatever whiny issue or problem I think I have, and he always has good advice and options. That’s why I drive 100 miles to service my Toyota with your dealership. That’s also why I’m buying another Toyota from your dealership later this summer. You better take care of Alex, and treat him right so he stays with you. John G

I got a flat tire so I took my Carolla Cross to get serviced at Pederson Toyota. They took care of me very quick. Unfortunately my tire needed to be replaced and I was told the new one will be in soon and will call me when it's ready. So I left the lot with the spare tire. No big deal, that's what they're for. I get a call next day from Pederson service saying that the tire is in and if I can come in before 4pm. I said yes before realizing I had other obligations at 4pm. So I called the next day at around 230pm 3pm to reschedule, but I wasn't on the list. Now the next available appointment is in 3 weeks. 3 weeks on a spare tire isn't really a good idea.

Lug nuts not tight - almost lost a wheel today. This is the second time this has happened. Last time was May 2024. Not very confidence inspiring given that tightening lug nuts is probably the simplest, yet most important thing ya'll had to do to my truck yesterday.

My van keeps having an issue where it tells me a tire is low but when I fill it up it’s not low. I asked you to look at this and was told it was fixed but as soon as I drove home it happened again.
