At my last service appt, I told the rep that my battery charge seemed to fluctuate greatly. He encouraged me to make a second appt which I did. However, when I showed up today ( after taking time off of work) the rep I worked with today seemed totally ambivalent about why I had an appt. I then waited two full hours to hear nothing was found- the whole experience felt crummy- a waste of my time- such a bummer.
I had a 10:30 appointment for a 90,000 mile checkup. I was told it would take about an hour and a half. Near two hours waiting I finally contacted the service person and was told they were on it and would be done in 20 minutes. It took about 10-15 minutes more than the twenty before my car was finally ready. I was told they were running behind. That being true I was more than disappointed that no one updated me on the problem until I got tired of waiting and contacted them. I had assumed having an appointment would avoid this. I was wrong.

Your hourly labor rate is stupid high and your wait time is long. I will go to any other mechanic if I can help it in the future. Your staff is nice, nothing against them.

My experience was pleasant. But I wanted to relay that I picked my car up yesterday 5/21 and drove my 1 year old son home in it. Today when I went to put him back in his car seat, I noticed the car seat was completely uninstalled. I’m so grateful nothing happened on our drive home last night, but can’t help but feel anxious over what could have happened. My husband is now out of town and I hope I’ve reinstalled it correctly. I know it wasn’t intentional but just wanted to pass along for your team to ensure if car seats need to be uninstalled for service, to ensure they are properly reinstalled or the customers are at least notified that the need to be reinstalled.
Justin Adams managed my service call. He did a great job, with smiles and enthusiasm. While nobody enjoys having car repairs, Justin and his tech team made mine a good experience.

Work seemed fine. Appt was for 12:00. Was told it would take 2 hours. It took 3hrs and 15 minutes.
Tanner was very friendly and helpful. I’ve never had an oil change completed in 30 minutes. He promptly alerted me when it was done. The process was smooth and I will be coming back to Pederson in the future for service.
