It was great. Timely check in and done on time.
I sat there for 2.5 hours and my vehicle was never serviced. I was not offered anything to make up for this. I was asked “what can we do” but nothing was offered to resolve this situation. I have spent about $100,000 at this dealership and plan to buy 2 brand new vehicles in the next 5 years. It will not be from Pedersen, you lost a 9 year costumer and forever Toyota customer.

Had a problem with the text when they wanted to change out air filters.
I swore I hit submit but it didn’t go through so it took another half hour to change the filters.

Courteous, friendly. Good communication regarding my vehicle before the maintenance process begam was going on. As it neared the end, more good communication asking me if I wanted something else to be done rather than just doing it and charging me.
Done way ahead of schedule. The Pedersen facility is really showing its age so I hope your remodeling plan proceeds.
Fastest check in and check out process. I’ve been through at Petersen Toyota. Very nice to be able to pay online prior to picking up my car.

Upon my arrival the Service personnel were so welcoming and helpful. The service was completed on time and future maintenance addressed so it is clear when it needs to be done again. Great job by the Service staff!
Bill Fisher is great - the service department vibe is absolutely terrible. Toyota is gold in Colorado but somehow Pedersen has **** up the best car manufacturer on the busiest intersection in northern Colorado! Call if you want to chat ????
Seemed like a fine service. I don't understand why they refused to do a free scheduled tire rotation. Little bit annoying. And it took about 3 hours to get an inspection and an oil change done which isn't the first time I've had a routine service done that took over 3 hours. It makes me dread going to service my toyota at this toyota dealership honestly. Nice people and pretty helpful. But please figure out how to shorten these routine services!

Took 2 1-2 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I was liked that it would take half the time. Last time I was is before that you guys lost my car and thought it was silver. Last time I’ll be at Peterson Toyota. Try a bit harder to appreciate your customers.
