I appreciated the honesty I experienced today.
I think you should be more clear with all maintenance and services that is included with the “typical/standard” 45k - also one f the videos wasn’t very good - it would stop/pause like every ten seconds

Tanner Reed did a fantastic job! He went over everything related to my vehicle with me in great detail. In addition, he let me know what next steps might look like with some additional work that will be necessary in the near future. I need to comment that the guy that checked me in when I first pulled up was fantastic! He was very personable and very thorough. They both must’ve learned from Bob Troutman, who is a Pedersen icon. I personally want to use this comment section to thank Kenneth in service and the technician that worked on my car for all their help. I was very worried with all the work I needed that I wouldn’t be able to get in soon with them but Kenneth found an opening right before I go on my road trip and so I am very blessed that I chose Pedersen Toyota to get my maintenance worked on.
