Yes! Justin explained to me that the dash warning lights for the problem we're no longer on from previous clearing and resetting. So, we would have to wait and see if the engine light would be triggered again for the "mis- fire of the 4th cylinder" to gain "codes" or if it had been a fluke. He assured me that if the event happened again, to please come right back in and they would pick up where they left off to find the problem and keep us safe! We appreciate the entire "family staff" at Pederson Toyota for everything they do and have earned our loyalty. A special thank you to Misty, who graciously worked us in!! Thanks so much!! Nancy G

Bob was great. What concerns me was the lack of continuity of information from my last service when it was recommended that I replace my shocks, to this service, which I scheduled to replace my shocks, only to find out that the dealership did not seem to have any clue as to why I was there for service. As a result, the parts were not in stock, and the day was lost.

Justin A. was very approachable, kind and made us feel welcomed. He listened and answered all my questions in a patient way. I appreciate and value quality customer service and because of him we stayed a little longer and looked for a possible new vehicle.
