Bob my service rep was great! However, I will not be back, you have lost my patronage! I have been a client for many many years and have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars every year without fail, but I will no longer be a customer.
For you to start charging us 3% on our credit card payment is absolutely absurd!!!! That is part of the cost of doing business, and as a huge corporation, that is part of your overhead. I will take my business elsewhere to a place that is not run by greedy management. If you were a small business, instead of a huge corporation, perhaps I could understand, good luck staying in business, I know a lot of other people who feel the same way!
My only concern is this: the last time I got service, the paperwork was explicit and clear regarding the oil that went in. Not this time. Why???

**** was great and the oil change happened. However, I am extremely disappointed that Pedersen Toyota has implemented a 3% surcharge for all credit card purchases. This change in policy unnecessarily increases the cost to all your loyal customers, and the costs of service, products, repairs, work, etc is already higher than many of your competitors. I have been a loyal customer for many years, and this disrespectful fee will drive customers away from your business. Please reconsider this unnecessary fee.

Justin explained to me that the dash warning lights for the problem we're no longer on from previous clearing and resetting.
So, we would have to wait and see if the engine light would be triggered again for the "mis- fire of the 4th cylinder" to gain "codes" or if it had been a fluke.
He assured me that if the event happened again, to please come right back in and they would pick up where they left off to find the problem and keep us safe!
We appreciate the entire "family staff" at Pederson Toyota for everything they do and have earned our loyalty.
