There was a 30-minute delay between the “car ready” message & when it was delivered/received. Next time I will ask for a call.
VERY unhappy. My truck is now leaking oil on my new driveway and garage floor.
I want to be in your shop when the skid plate is removed to see where it is leaking from.

The service advisor I worked with was great. The salespeople I talked with as I walked the lot while my truck was being worked on were very helpful but not pushy which I appreciate. The one thing I didn’t like was the tech working on my 2003 Tundra marked down that the transmission was sealed when it isn’t annd didn’t check the level or condition of the fluid and that makes me question how thoroughly the inspection was.
My oil change appointment was at 9:30. Dropped my truck off at 9:25. Told him no huge rush but my appointment is still at 9:30. Truck not done until 2:45, get there at 3. Took 15 minutes to get my truck and had to go to a different service advisor to pay. Will be the last time I do any business with Pedersen!
The only drawback to the service experience yesterday was the very small and crowded waiting room with no open seats. Otherwise, the service itself was prompt and professional. The agent was friendly and professional as well. Thank you.
Every time I come in for even something simple it takes at least 3 hours... What's the use of creating an appointment for a simple tire rotation or oil change when it's going to be 3-4 hours of my day?! Seriously, there is no way I'd ever come back if I had not prepaid the service package. I understand that diagnosis of problems and such can lead to unpredictable timing, that's fine. But you should have a good enough planning system that a 3:00 appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation should not take any more than an hour at most - not 3 or 4. It's insane.
Bill explained the service items that needed to be addressed and took good care of us today. He was very helpful.
Surprised at the credit card fee of 3%. It would have been appreciated to have known this ahead of time. **** was very helpfull today and great to work with.
When I arrived, Trevor was on the phone. Another person let him know I was waiting. I waited and waited. The first person then said that he would check in my vehicle. He did and said he thought it would be about 2 hours, and Trevor would let me know if it was going to be longer. After 3 hours, with no communication at all from Trevor, I messaged him through your messaging system. No response. I texted the number sending the automated messages. No response. I called his desk phone and left a message. No response. At 3.5 hours I went out to his desk to see when my vehicle was going to be ready. Instead of apologizing for my wait or his lack of communication, he just said, well I just got it back. Not good enough. I was late for a meeting because of the slow service and lack of communication. The bags that my tires were put in also looked like they had been rolled around in the dirt. After unloading my tires into my garage, my hands were completely black. Why use bags at all if they’re going to be covered in dirt? I’m very dissatisfied with my entire experience.
It would have been nice to have the servicing of the car in one day.
The video of the inspection is awsome. Wish that was started years ago.
