Extremely expensive and very frustrating and disappointing for the cost I was quoted to repair my sunroof. On the 2014 4Runner. Cost of over $6,000 is ridiculous
This was not a big deal; it just caused some confusion. I was told that the driver’s side brake light was out and the service rep quoted a price of $30 to replace it, which I declined thinking if it’s a matter of replacing a bulb, I can do that myself. I later learned that the entire tail light assembly has to be replaced, and the parts department quoted ~$225 for the part (plus labor). I found the correct OEM tail light assembly for my car online for $155 with free shipping, ordered that and hopefully will be able to install it myself.
Alex took the time to explain all of the service my car needed. I had questions about what would be needed in the future. I was able to keep my schedule and was given a ride to a scheduled class. It made everything so easy!
I feel that Alex knows my RAV4. Future visits will be scheduled with him and the team. All were very helpful today. Thank you!
