From the time we pulled into the service bay til the time we pulled off the lot, our experience was very pleasant! The tech and service advisor was in touch every step of the way, with what was advised to be done. Ken and his service staff was so friendly!

I was disappointed that after getting home from my appointment, I realized the maintenance required light was not turned off at my appointment today. I live in Windsor so it’s not convenient to bring my car by, so will now have to read the manual to figure out how to turn it off.
