I checked in for oil change and inspection. I was told it would be 1 -1 1/2 hours so I decided to wait. At the 2 hour mark I went to my service advisor to check on my Prius. I was told it would be another 10 minutes. It was 2 hr 23 minutes when I was done. I think this is unacceptable and bad customer service. I have been bringing my cars to Pederson for 15 years. I’m not happy

Bill was great and accommodating but the scheduling time for waiting for tire rotation for myself and oil changes. For customers in the waiting room was not satisfactory. In the past I wanted 4 hours for an oil change. It seems too many appointments scheduled and too long of wait time. I can get an oil change at Christian Brothers in 45 minutes and they always complete fluid checks and basic inspection. Service guys have always been great when signing in and checking out

The car is fine. But we waited almost 3 hours for the service to be completed.
Trevor could have come and told us what was going on, but he didn't.
This was for a routine service appointment. There was nothing wrong with the car.
When I dropped off my vehicle I was told it would take 90-120min and I would get a text when ready, or at least review the report.
After 4 hours I never received any communication despite to check on vehicle after 3 hours.
Also, I had to pay for service before ever receiving the service report
I’ve had my vehicle serviced by Petersen for a number of years and never had such poor service. Also, the vehicle has only ever been serviced by Toyota dealerships.
I am absolutely disappointed with the service, as this is the second maintenance and the second time they give me a car with scratches on the side fender. The manager promised that they will fix it, but I am not sure whether I am ready to trust my car to Toyota Pederson again in the future.
