This was the 4th time I have been here to replace the recalled bumper on our highlander. It still hasn't been replaced. From ordering the wrong car parts, to not finding all the damage in 4 trips. I now have to come back a fifth time to have the bumper replaced .

Ken was easy to work with. However my car was damaged while being serviced. I spoke with the manager Chris and they are supposed to be ordering parts to fix. Also part of the dash where it was damaged wasn't put back together. I haven't had good experiences the past 2 times I've had my car in.
Just took a long time but they took me in when I was late for my appointment.

I have a recall and came in a month or so ago to get it taken care of. That time my truck never made it into the mechanic. This time I was ready for an oil change and there were I think 2 additional recalls. I arrived at 10:45 for my scheduled appt and by 4pm the mechanic got 2 recalls and the oil change but not enough time for the other recall. This is my only vehicle and I am single so I will have to reschedule for that recall. I was offered a ride home but then I would not have a vehicle and had other errands to take care of today.
The service staff including Trevor Page are the best!
