Everyone was lovely and professional. I think your procedures are getting in your way of customer satisfaction. There were simply too many cars at lunchtime. What normally took a half hour or so with two hours I waited 20 minutes at the kiosk for someone to take my money. I’ll consider it a one off. Joyce.

Requested work was not completed the first time. Had to leave the vehicle for another day to have the transmission looked at despite that being the reason that the appointment was created. Service ticket requested oil change and transmission check. Neither was performed. I’m not sure how this went so wrong. My wife picked up the car and left unconvinced that the transmission problem had been adequately investigated. Her suspicion was aroused by the verbal assurance that replacing the transmission would cost $400-$500. Our confidence in the service provided is very low.
