**** is the greatest. He takes time and listens to all my concerns about my car not the shop foreman Peter yesterday and he stayed with me until he heard the noise I was hearing in my dash wonderful wonderful person. The service is wonderful. I will never take my car anywhere else.

Not everyone communicates with text and pdf. My attempt to clarify with a phone call before riding my bike all the way over resulted in no call back and two smart **** comments from the service manager. Makes me want to take business elsewhere. Not a good day for Peterson Always been more than satisfied in the past. In hindsight I probably should have been able to find everything in the texts but since I deal with paper and computers instead of small screens I obviously dropped my the ball on my end.

Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to. A gentleman from the front desk even brought my service dog some water! I really appreciated this SO MUCH - my dog is a Great Pyrenees so it was difficult for him to drink very much from the plastic cups in the waiting room. ????
