I’m so thankful that the team took a pause and figured out the real root issue before moing forward with more costly initial guesses. The time it took to get the problem solved was worth the thousands saved in what would have been replacement parts that were not the issue. Justin was great to work with, friendly and clear in his communication about what the team was doing and honest when the techs initially couldn’t figure out what was wrong.

My family has purchased several vehicles overtime obviously going way back to when Jerry was alive. You could not find a better dealership anywhere. But I will say that I think this 3% charge for credit cards is just chickenshit if you want to charge me 10 or $20 more for service no problem But that 3% thing just gets my grate

I was told 800.00 and then the repair was 2,000. No one could clarify why so much. Every time I would ask, the service rep would cut me off. Advised service manager.

Bad communication. **** didn’t text me back to answer my questions. I called multiple times and left voice mails but nobody called me back. When I finally got a hold of someone she apologized and said everyone was at lunch. They ended up calling two Ubers to pick me up due to the lack of communication. I took my vehicle in for a 9:00 appt and didn’t get it back until 2:00. All they did was change a battery and routine maintenance. There’s no way it should take this long, very frustrating!

There was very little communication after dropping off my vehicle. I also waited longer for an appointment so my windshield wipers could be replaced, however they were not in stock and never ordered. I feel like there was poor planning and communication overall.

Overall satisfied, but did notice the tech did not remove and apply the next service sticker (was laying on front seat), the maint notification was not reset, and the receipt for my state park pass from the glove box was sitting on the dash. Just thought you should know.

Although your service is always great. My wife brought our car into Pedersen. They refused to work with her and talk to her because my name is on the account. Also the tech/service team sent me the options to fix and the associated prices at the same time they said the car was done. This led to a major confusion that resulted in my wife waiting in the lobby 2 hours after the car was done because I was under the assumption the filters I authorized were getting changed
