I did not see my text that my car was done until 5:20 p.m. and I raced to the service center. I got there at about 5:31 and things were closed and confusing but I was helped quickly and nicely and was on my way.

We had a line up in front of the garage service area. So we didn't block traffic, we were in a single line. First stall open the first car went in. Then a lady went in the left lane of the line and cut in front of 3 cars. The service prople did nothing about it. Then because one of the service guys was eating lunch at hos desk, there were not enough people to take care of the back up. Customers got out of their cars, hustled ahead of other cars in the stalls, to get first to the service people. I suggest you omprove this part of your operation.
