What is unacceptable is that Pederson Toyota is now charging a 3% credit card fee to the consumer, when this charge should be covered by the business, like it used to be. It's a tax write off, but now you are punishing the consumer with it and we cannot write it off on our taxes. I will no longer be bringing my car in for any kind of services that will cost me money. Because of your greed, you have lost a customer of seven years.
I actually was helped by Tanner. All good except I needed to know that you rely on texts to communicate delays and progress on the job.
Car is still not fixed. They tried to send me home in a car that was still not fixed. And communication and follow up has been horrible.
Not only is my leaking roof not fixed, it now whistles loudly when I drive. I will be living with it like this for 3 weeks while I wait for parts to arrive and another all day repair appointment.

Please reconsider your 3% charge on using credit cards. I have used Pederson since 2010 service and buying vehicles. This 3% charge is an irritation.
You guys are too expensive it is getting really hard to speak to the service advisor to get an update on the status of repairs.
