I pay an unreasonable amount for an oil change once or twice a year and then it is $350 plus for “suggested air filters etc.” it does not feel like a good use of my money or increased loan amount. Will not purchase again.

Everyone is always preofessional and courteous, but it seemed too long for just an oil change rotation and a couple filters. 2.5 hours.

Justin is the best and the tech (Macguire) paid close attention to my truck and has serviced my truck several times. They prudently teamed up and noticed some uneven pad wear on my brakes, alerting me long before they probably needed to be done, but they both know I’m extremely particular about my truck (I come from German car ownership and it’s a whole different ball game with maintenance). They were able to complete my brakes same day after I remembered I have a long trip coming up. Justin and Macguire always take the best possible care of my truck and I’m by the dealer about every 2-3 months for service every 5k. I bought it new from Pedersen (shout out to Megan) and I have over 105k miles now. Thanks to my care team, I expect I’ll get many, many more miles out of it. Thanks again for all that you do!
