This is 3rd time post oil change that the maintenance light was still on upon pickup of my vehicle. I reset it myself on my way home.not sure why this isn't done prior to delivery of vehicle.

This was the worst experience I have had with Pedersen. I waited 2 hours with no updates. I asked for an ETA 1.5 hours in with no response. After 2 hours for a basic oil change I got a text saying my car was done with a link to pay but it wasn’t working so I went to see Bob who was rude and seemed irritated that I was there. He didn’t explain any of the recommendations or the inspection. I also was handed my keys and directed to out front to find my car while the other customers were getting their vehicles brought around as has always happened. My driver seat had been messed with and not put back as the steering wheel. I will not be returning to Pedersen after being a long time customer.

Justin was extremely helpful and gave me all the information I needed to understand what was going on with my car. This is the second time I’ve worked with him as we are trying to figure out some issues with the radio on my Toyota. Each time he has been professional, polite, friendly, and made me feel like I was in good hands.

We expressed our concerns via phone call a couple of weeks ago and were told to come in for a diagnostic and oil change. After the check-in process, we felt like our concerns were going to be handled and felt confident our vehicle would be fixed. After returning to get our vehicle, we were told by multiple people that they never have been or will be able to complete services outside of an oil change on an Audi. There were multiple steps in this process where that could’ve been expressed to us, but felt very strategic to tell us after our oil change was complete and paid for. After expressing this frustration, the technician told us they can complete “simple” fixes for these vehicles but nothing complicated. Our vehicle type was on file, as it was purchased at Pedersen, we were also asked what type of vehicle we had on the phone when scheduling the appointment. It is disheartening to say the least that an appointment was scheduled, when the staff knew that they wouldn’t be able to fix the vehicle and were going to send us somewhere else. The buying experience with Pedersen was fantastic, today’s experience was a major let down. I hope that Pedersen will be more upfront in the future and not waste hours of their customers, and their own time to diagnose a vehicle that they have no intention of ever repairing.

The only thing I would state, and please understand, Tanner was great. The carpet separating off the floor of the front passenger seat foot bed, and Tanner reported it as normal. It’s not. The adhesive has come loose and it has separated. I’ll book another appointment with a master tech to have them actually look at it, but I didn’t love being told a thing that is so clearly not normal is.

I had 66 thousand miles service needed and the receipt said it was 70 mile service. Did a filter change need to be done? Otherwise everything was good.
