He is a good listener and explained well
Everything was good with the car, so I was happy there. But, a tire rotation and multipoint inspection took 2 hours with an additional 20 minutes waiting for my car to come around after I paid. I was not expecting things to take that long - it felt a little disorganized overall today.
Very friendly and fast with the service
I scheduled my service weeks ago, and even dropped of my vehicle early this morning. When I dropped off my vehicle the service consultant asked when I needed the vehicle back. I said 3pm, to which he replied "oh sure, no problem at all!". I called for an update at 2pm and then 3pm and was told the agent would call me back, and the other consultant did not even offer to check on the vehicle for me. I never got a call back so I just decided to go in to the shop anyway and got there at 3:15pm. The consultant told me the vehicle was just wrapping up the oil change and it would only be 20 or 30min longer. Either that was a lie or your organization is so poor at communication that he was mistaken. Either way I didn't get my vehicle back until 4:40pm! Totally unacceptable.

Bill did a super job! He knew exactly what service requirements I needed and was very proactive in letting me know about a driveline service that was recommended and we made an appointment to have that accomplished at the end of July. He is highly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! Thanks for the great service!

I still haven't heard back regarding my warrenty coverage. When I call i get sent back and forth to different departments to ultimately be sent to voicemail and never get a return call.
He was very courteous and professional. I appreciated that he put the note in my service request, “if needed”. Turned out it didn’t, so was much appreciated. I’ll retweet I need more service.
