William Fisher is always a pleasure to work with. When I arrived I found out my appointment wasn’t on the schedule and he was able to get my car in for service. He was calm, easy going, and friendly. I appreciated the help.
The only issue was how long it took waiting. Everything else was great.
Bob is great. He is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have ultimate respect and confidence in him.
Justin explained what the recall was for, offered me a ride home, explained how long it would take and kept me informed about its progress! What more could I ask for!!! I always ask for Justin because he is thorough, knowledgeable and considerate of my time. Thank you!

The Service drive/thru lanes were packed with cars at 8:00 am. It seemed very chaotic and it took over 10 min. to get checked in. My services were supposed to have be done in 4 hr. by 12 :00 pm but took over 5 1/4 hours until after 1:30 pm. Then I found out later that all the mechanics take lunch at the same time from 12-1 pm. When I called to check in at the 4 hour mark at 12:15 pm I was told Trevor was out to lunch so had to wait another 45 min. to get an update. It seems like the dealership could organize the staff and schedules to focus on the customers first and stagger the employee breaks while being more efficient!

My first service visit. All was great! A lovely older man greeted me in the service area. Larry gave me a courtesy ride home. He was super friendly. A+
An appointment for a 10K service should not take 2.5 hours. I’ve had many services at Pedersen and this one was abnormally slow.
OK- the waiting area needs an update
Alex was great to work with to solve the issues I had with my car.
My appt. at Pedersen at 1:45 lasted until 5:30. The work done was a regular oil change, tire rotation and engine air filter replacement with the 50 point check. It was very frustrating being inyour waiting area for nearly 4 hrs. I would have made other arrangements had I been told you needed the car that long. The estimate I received when I arrived was that my service would take 1.5 hrs. Then when it was discovered the car needed a new air filter too, that too seemed to take an undue amount of time. Not efficient, time conscious service. Hadn’t planned to spend my afternoon in your waiting room.

This is the first time in about three years that I felt much more confident with my service rep. Justin did an awesome job coordinating everything.
The preservice, sending me to the parts department to order parts for a service I scheduled is dumb. Then they tried to schedule service for me to install said parts, which always already scheduled. Also dumb. This had nothing to do with Justin.
I was greeted as soon as I arrived and treated very professionally. Alex walked me through the service details before and after in a clear way. Thank you.
Management was awesome. I don’t appreciate the techs tried to sell me a cabin filter that was barely dirty and I get free in 10k miles. But the service was fast and efficient.
Wonderful and efficient service! Everyone was friendly and kind as well.
