My comment is not directed specifically toward MJ but to all the advisors I have had recently. I am frustrated that they seat me in a waiting area and then forget about me. This has hapoened so many times that now I gave myself a 10 minute rule. I go up to the desk and ask for another available representative. It’s gotten ridiculous. When I have an appointment I am there on time and I expect the advisor to be on time as well. It’s not a doctor’s office which is the only place I should ever be kept waiting.

Justin was fine but disappointed that wrong part was shipped so I could not complete repair, followed by tech giving me my car back with NO driver side window at all

I arrived to the longest line of cars and fullest waiting area I’ve ever seen here and yet I was served promptly and timely and my car, which was just there for a simple software update was not only turned around in less than an hour, but washed and vacuumed inside - I’m impressed.
