Chico is the very best. He always takes care of me and makes me feel special. JM Lexus is a great company and Chico contributes to it's success.
On my appointment over the phone they said will be less then two hours to the service and took 2 hours and 20 minutes. Were too way high then I was advised.
I was happy with Brandon. He got to the point with my auto needs. No pressure.
Well she wasn’t the nicest honestly I was trying to engage in a conversation and she was very short with me . Then I asked if there were any loaners because I had a lot to do and she just said “NO”
She informed me that my phone number was incorrect in the system, which was surprising since I’ve never encountered such an issue before. She assured me that she would update it, but unfortunately, she didn’t. I called an Uber, made it home, then realized that it was 2:30 and you all closed at 3, so I called . She returned my call and said my car was ready. She thought she texted me, but apparently it was the wrong number. No apology at all . Very nonchalant, and the few times I’ve been to Lexus, the service was way better . I would be happy to not have to deal with Delilah again .
Thought price for oil change and tire rotation was a bit to pricy.
Brandon was great was very efficient and attentive. I enjoyed working with him.

The coffee in the waiting room was great but some snacks or food would have been nice.
Luis was great in informing me the progress in the maintenance timeline. The wait was shorter than it was expected.
My tires were not rotated a the smoothe tires are still at the front and the factory recall is still not cleared. I wasted my time coming there because nothing was done.
JM is very efficiently run
Maico was great. He went above and beyond what I have normally experienced. My service plan is coming to an end and he made sure I knew when it ended so that I could be prepared and have my vehicle taken care of that’s great service and it is appreciated. Very happy!
Very knowledgeable and had me in and out quickly.
Communicated with me because I had nail in tire. Will use Shedrick from now on for all service needs.
My new GX550 has two places on opposite sides of the radio volume switch that are peeling. I was told the tech said it was some type of chemical put on it. I have no idea what he is talking about. I’ve owned at least 15 or so cars in my life and have never seen this.
I was then told the a manager would have to make a decision and that’s it’s probably not under warranty. That is ridiculous, as my car is brand new 2025.
I’d like this resolved and my car back to new again. I will be waiting on the call.
