Joe is an excellent Service Rep. Very courteous and professional. Its a pleasure to have him take care of all my service requirements as hes extremely informative.
The vehicle was brought in and we were never notified of the status of the vehicle. We had to call several times to inquire and never was able to reach the service advisor. We finally received a call from the service manager Brian as to the status of the vehicle. Not satisfied with the service department at all because the vehicle has been to this dealership at least three times for the same issue. Not acceptable. The one thing my wife and I cannot get back is the amount of time we’ve spent at the dealership for the same issue.
He was great, very polite, very professional. I thought he was a credit to JM Lexus.
Great service, always looking out for my needs as well. Suggest opinions that are best for me as a customer but looking out for my investment in a Lexus. I will continue to bring my business to JM because of my relationship with Maico.

From the moment I met Adrian he was professional. We exchanged pleasantries and he proceeded to explain the maintenance requirements for my vehicle. He kept me abreast of the service and made sure that I was all set. He also arranged for me to receive a loaner as I expressed that I needed to get to work and didn’t have the time to wait while my vehicle was being serviced.
